2019 will go down as one of the hottest years on record, scientists say

Temperatures hit historic highs in August and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says to expect more record heat through the rest of 2019. In Ohio, the average summer temperature for June, July, and August was 72.1 degrees Fahrenheit, or 1.1 degrees above average. Greg Johnson is featured.
