Re: [ferret_users] finding a climatology from 360 day calendar.
Hi Jaci -
See the Users Guide under Calendar => 360_day.
yes? define axis/calendar=360_day/t=15:345:30/unit=day/mod tmodel
! or
yes? define axis/calendar=360_day/t=1:12:1/unit=month tmodel
*** NOTE: /UNIT=MONTHS ... using 1/12 of 360.00 days
But this will still not label the axis with text months ...

I am looking at a Hadcm3 data set which has a 360 day calendar.
When I try to calculate the climatology:
Let rho_seas=rho_hat[gt=month_reg@mod]
I get a message saying error:regridding: only @asn, @lin or @nrst
regridding between calendar types: 360 day, Gregorian.
I have tried to change the time axis but can’t get it to change
calendar type. Is there some trick to doing this?
Thanks,
Jaci
