Hi Saurabh,
What does your netcdf file rg-plus-cli.nc header look like? If you try to append and the limits don't fit into what you've set up in the original file then you'll trigger that error.
In particular, if you're appending on the time axis make sure that the axis is unlimited (or 210 long).
