Hi Xia,
               Do you mean that the color key is not being displayed along with the plot?
If you want to display the color key, the first argument to PPL SHAKEY should be 1 (default). 
Please have a look at User Manual, Appendix C Sec2.12  SHAKEY.

Dear all,
 I have a question about ppl shakey. I have following jnl:
fill/k=19/nolab/pal=modulo/y=31:36/x=119:124/lev=(-20,-5,5)(-5,4,0.2)(4,5,1) log(rr*1000.)

ppl shakey 0, 1, 0, 3, 4, 8, 9.4, 10.2, 1.4, 7.4

ppl fill

then the "pal=modulo" does not work, how to slove this?
