Hi Jozef,
      Use "veckey" command to sort out your problem.

for example:
 vector/x=50:100/y=5:10/set/length=0.5 
U,V          ! here
keeping "set" is must, this will open vectors mannual setup
 ppl
veckey
Xpos,Ypos                   
                         
! this will put the key at your desired location.
 vector                                               
                
! this is to end vector plotting.
